Terms and conditions
Terms and Conditions
1. SSPI do not allow any persons under the age of 18 to attend any events with SSPI.
2. SSPI use some locations that are not suitable for clients with disabilities nor those heavily pregnant. SSPI try to make as many of our events as accessible as possible but due to the conditions of some of the buildings this is not always possible and we have to ensure that safety is paramount. If you would like any additional information regarding our locations please call Julie or Shelli.
3. SSPI believe in showing utmost respect to each other and every person on any event. We support the same behaviour in our guests and therefore we ask for respect for each other physically and verbally and that we leave the investigation site quietly giving respect to those who may neighbour the venue
4. Absolutely no alcohol or drugs are permitted on any event with SSPI. If you appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or are suspected of bringing either to the event you will be asked to leave immediately and will not be refunded for any part of monies paid for the event. This decision is at the discretion of the staff at SSPI who will decide whether you will be asked to leave. The only time that this will be slightly different is when there is an event of a public house and then it is at the discretion of the SSPI team to decide whether, if you have consumed alcohol, you are fit to attend.
5. Due to the laws on smoking SSPI do not allow anyone to smoke or to bring any naked flames to the events.
6. SSPI are not liable for any damage or loss to property and personal equipment either on the journey to the event, during the event and on the journey back home from the event. This includes any damage that may be caused by any spiritual or poltergeist activity during the event.
7. It is important everyone attending is aware that they attend entirely at their own risk. SSPI will accept no liability for any accident/incident/injury to a client however it may be caused. SSPI risk assess venues in an attempt to foresee any potential problems or hazards in order to eliminate them before the event.. However, due to the nature of the events and locations accidents can still happen. We encourage all our clients to have their own third party public liability insurance. Although SSPI has its own public liability insurance some of our policies may not be covered due to the fact that some of the location boundaries are beyond the normal public access categories.
8. By accepting and agreeing with these terms and conditions you are further indemnifying the promoters/organisers/individuals from and against all legal liability in respect of any claims, damages, costs, penalties, actions, demands, proceedings, any kind of legal suits, losses or expenses amounted in respect of or arising out of the injury to or the death of any person, or persons, or damage to any property arising from the client participation and involvement in the event or activity or premises pertaining to the event.
9. SSPI operates a refund and cancellation policy which will be on the site very soon. Meanwhile please contact Shelli or Julie for further details.
10. All views shared in the events of SSPI team members and mediums are their own views and at no point would SSPI wish to enforce those views onto parties attending the event. We hope you will form your own views on whether activity is paranormal or not.
